Hampton Inn Richland/South Jackson

This place suits me perfectly, with reliable free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a snack bar. The staff once helped me print documents during my first stay, and their friendly attitude made a great impression. I'll be back for Christmas!

It has a nice size and beautifully designed rooms with nice pillows and a spa bath, for instance to feel comfortable. Couldn't recommend more.

Hotel as a whole is nicely appointed and extremely convenient, I really enjoyed it.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an easy base for staying in Richland. The property staff is extremely helpful and very professional. The hotel has a great bar. Thanks a lot for a real good stay, will choose the place for future trips.

Breakfast surprises at every turn

Woke up to a good breakfast with premade omelets and fresh coffee. The staff was friendly.

We experienced some issues with room temperature control at night. It was a bit too warm for comfort.

Check-in was a bit rocky due to the front desk attendant's attitude. She didn't greet me and seemed annoyed when I asked about my service animal. The room itself had cleanliness issues. I noticed the carpet could have used a deep clean, and the thermostat wasn't functioning properly, leaving the room too warm at night. The breakfast had a decent variety and everything else in the room worked fine. The bed felt comfortable, which helped . I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the issues. The hotel also had a lovely lobby area that felt cute. I think management really needs to address the staffing issues as it was clear one person couldn't handle the rush efficiently, leaving guests hanging. This Hampton Inn has potential, but they need to step up their game on cleanliness and customer service.

Clean room, comfortable beds

The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with free WiFi, a modern bathroom, and a cozy king-sized bed. Breakfast options were plentiful, with a variety of hot and cold selections to start the day off right.

Stayed at hampton inn for 6 nights with my family. The queen room was clean, and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast had a decent variety with premade omelets and waffles. It was also a great spot, being close to vicksburg, ms.

The outdoor pool was a nice surprise for a quick dip after driving all day. Check road access before arriving to find the best route.
